Federal Magistrate William Porter didn't have #Com505 @newhousesu.bsky.social so he didn't know about the Privacy Protection Act that protects journalists from searches (with a few exceptions). But he DID make a good decision that he--not the gov't--will review reporter Hannah Natanson's phone.
