I have used the commissary workaround for some time to locate people. They often appear there before the official site. But it's labor intensive as you typically have to go into each individual detention center's system one at a time until you find them.

canceling the commissary — and i would assume, exchange — program is a one way ticket to getting a bonus army situation. for those unaware, the commissaries and exchanges are subsidized grocery and department stores for service members, veterans and their families.

I’m spending almost $1,000 a month on groceries for 4 people. 2 of those people are children who eat breakfast and lunch at school 5 days a week. I shop at the commissary primarily. Life is entirely too expensive.
