Russia's Foreign Ministry on Tuesday denounced continued Israeli attacks on Iran as illegal and said a solution to the conflict over Tehran's nuclear programme could only be found through diplomacy.

Extremely important that this kind of guidelines commitement is pushed for in more nations. With each new one added the barrier to get them in other countries will be smaller. And this stuff does matter. It's not legistlation nor should it be, but clear guidelines make it harder to hinder care.
