The council authorized Clean Power Alliance to submit a no-cost proposal to develop solar carports and battery storage at City Hall, the Community Development Center, and the police station; CPA estimated an overall benefit approaching $1,280,000 if built out and would return an MOU/lease for council approval in 2027.
