The City of Fenton Board of Aldermen Board of Adjustment on Aug. 18 approved variances allowing the owner of Swing Around Funtown to retain existing encroaching structures and proceed with a parking expansion and building addition at 335 Skinker Drive, subject to recording and other conditions.
