The Ventura County Board of Supervisors on Aug. 4 approved a 60-month lease with California Lutheran University to establish an East Valley Family Justice Center at 26 Faculty Street, authorizing up to $1.25 million in tenant improvements to create a one-stop site for survivors of domestic violence and related services.
