Der § 107c StGB stellt in Absatz 1 Z 2 auf eine "Tatsache oder Bildaufnahme des höchstpersönlichen Lebensbereichs" ab. Bei den Tatsachen ist es unerheblich, ob sie falsch oder richtig sind. Das muss dann aber auch für die sexuell demütigenden und mittels KI hergestellte Bildaufnahmen gelten.
