In 2023, @ConEdison asked @NYSDPS to raise NYers' utility rates. Eric Adams signed off on this increase, raising the average utility bill by $65 a month in 2025.
ConEd is again requesting a rate hike.

I don't think ConEdison should be allowed to send an "Overdue Bill" notice which shows the bill due is not due until October 13th.
Like... No, it shows I paid for September in there. The full outrageous amount they gouge me with at that.

I spent a year locked into an epic battle with ConEdison (my electric/gas utility) such that I started recording the phone calls and half of the calls are me crying because I'm upset at being upset at the customer service rep who I KNOW is not at fault
