liberals are only able to see conflics that are immediately in front of them: left vs. right, trump vs. democrats, brexit vs remain. they don't want to imagine what's beyond. who controls power, who designs the "choice architectures" of the political battle du jour and who selects the voices heard.

I think I'm going crazy because I should be studying for my finals but I ended up modeling a sync engine for Pyxis that I think will genuinely be the best fit for that kind of specific structure of app. The idea is a implementation that informs the user of conflics rather than overwrites silently

I feel the same way about my required Human Geography class, with a professor who had a specialised interest in genocide. I understand the world better, how societies organise themselves and why certain conflics have persisted for millennia. This informs everything I do
This is actually a good example of why the customer model is wrong.

I wouldn't have chosen poetry writing, but UNC made me take a class. And it absolutely made me become a much better writer, with an eye to concision and an ear now trained to the rhythm of words. I'm a better historian as a result.
