This was the month GOP Congresscowards realized how depraved and uncommitted to democracy their voting base was. And they decided to bury what was left of their gelatin spines and go along with it.
Not a huge believer in tipping points, but there was about a one-month period when everyone seemed truly appalled and we could have collectively agreed to ensure something like this would not happen again.
To the very end, I will never understand how January 6th, 2021, wasn’t a dealbreaker.
