It's amazing how someone can lose every political campaign they've ever worked on and still be a "top consultant"

We need to purge the entire consultant class lmao
Ladies and gentlemen, Andrew Cuomo’s thug and the Democratic establishment’s top consultant, Lis Smith:

Fool for a client, political consultant edition
What an unusual situation: the NYT reports Marshall filmed the ad personally against the advice of his campaign team. Then his staff still refused to air it, so he personally sent it around to media folks to share it: www.nytimes.com/2026/11/01/u...
To close his campaign, Roger Marshall is running a 60-second ad about a central theme of this campaign — how he treated patients.

“We had to keep the lights on, so we occasionally handed accounts over to collection agencies”, he explains.

Caitlin Legacki isn’t a random person weighing in. She’s a former senior communications consultant and spokesperson for Haley Stevens’ Senate campaign.

Chat if your consultant says you should cut an ad that reminds people you sent cops after pregnant women over a couple hundred dollars maybe you should not hire that consultant

Smashing the Dem consultant class is just as vitally important as smashing the MAGA Nazis

it's time to force the consultant class out

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the Dem consultant class that David Brooks was a Demographic.

This *looks* like AI, if only because no competent human consultant would set it up like this
Mike Collins couldn't have found someone under the age of 60 to put behind him in this camera shot?

If you don't know that immigration and civil rights ARE kitchen table issues, then, I don't think you're a consultant anyone should hire.
I hear Dem operatives going on about how kitchen table issues matter. They do. But why the huge and disproportionate surge in black and Latino turnout? Surely it has to do with assaults on civil rights and immigrants. Democracy may not matter much to Dem operatives; it matters to lots of Dem voters.

I have hope today.

If we elect the largest Democratic majority in years, and it includes people like Sam Forstag and Abdul El-Sayed running in contested races and refusing to throw trans people under the bus, it destroys the right-leaning Dem consultant narrative that abandoning us is necessary.

The answer is consultant salaries, I know

Also "consultant-class" gives off Hitler particles.

inside you are two BBQs, one is Hitler, the other is 99% Hitler. You are a highly paid consultant for the Democrats. You are transphobic.

You are not angry enough at the consultant and NGO class
In 2021, I sued the State of Illinois. I was sick of being misgendered and deadnamed by judges. I was sick of judges ordering me to present as male in their courtrooms. I was sick of judges demanding I show them my genitals. I was sick of clerks calling cases by my deadname and outing me in court.

I’d say this is the idea of a Democratic consultant, but it seems far too effective for them.

i s2g like 90% of the party problems are a democratic consultant-class problem!
With all my heart I hope Talarico wins, but this kind of thing has to stop; it is one of the reasons so many Democratic voters hate the Democratic party. And it's not a Talarico problem; it's a Democratic consultant-class problem.

My neighbor is a big GOP data consultant (deals with Texas races up and down the ballot). He was supper stressed on Halloween!

2006 a consultant asked one of our consultants to name his sleeper race. Our consultant mentioned ours. The other guy said “that’s not a sleeper, everyone knows we’re going to win that one”

3 months earlier nobody thought we’d win.
One of the top elections I was watching when fall began… now it feels a bit unthinkable Justice Earls loses given the vibes in North Carolina.

I think Dem expectations have surged so much Dem wins that would have been viewed as a huge deal 3 months ago will be shrugged away or get less attn.
the state Supreme Court race between Earls and Stevens, because as one voting rights advocate told me: “Just about everything that you can imagine on the voting rights front, North Carolinians have faced it.”

November 2, 2026 at 3:27 PM
Well, Bill Kristol is far to the left of the median Dem party elite consultant/electec/DNC member now!
