DFR staff proposed moving the 2027 appointment wait-time and network adequacy reporting deadline from March 31 to late summer (proposed Aug. 31) so carriers and the division can finalize templates, tools and contracts; the division said March 31 will resume in 2028 and will publish a formal schedule once templates are finalized.
