Was *this 🤏🏽* close to ordering Chinese food before the rain/storming started.

But I knew it'd be underwhelming, so I got my butt up and threw together a nice lil dinner of spinach & ricotta ravioli topped with tomatoes, peppers, artichoke hearts, katamala olives, & cannellini beans. 🤌🏽

Large Pyrex of chicken thighs with roasted chickpeas, potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, and peppers . Baking sheet of chicken thighs with roasted chickpeas, potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, and peppers. I used Ras al' Hanut spice, ground it myself! And some Aleppo pepper, and the usual salt pepper garlic.

Sky Fam, WHO AM I?

Not only did I make a key lime pie from scratch that tastes PHENOMENAL, I also made a tasty dinner with lots of leftovers for lunch this week!

Living alone seems to be suiting me quite nicely. 😌

My Kittitian friend made this (minus artichoke) for a cookout while I was visiting, and I've recreated it twice already since I've been back.

I made a really yummy dinner despite it being hotter than camel balls the past few days and wanting to just order delivery.

I also managed to not be petty in both my professional and personal life. Just said "huh/oh, okay/I guess🤷🏽‍♀️," and kept it moving. #CookWithZ

Here's the recipe! I used Better Than Bullion Vegetarian No Chicken Base and added Great Northern beans to make it a bit more hearty.

Added a lil razzle dazzle to the seasoning, including black garlic and shallot flakes.

Toast some italian or other rustic bread or garlic knots.

Spoon/fork everything on to pieces of bread. Feel free to dip the bread in as well.
