生のトマトとクリームチーズとかバターとか入れたソースのパスタ。味はまあまあだけど、生トマトを使って作るパスタソースは楽しかった…

Spaghetti sauce made with fresh tomatoes, cream cheese and butter and such. The flavor was OK, but making pasta sauce with fresh tomatoes was really fun!

アメリカ友人に教えてもらったレシピ、かぼちゃクリーム＆セージのパスタ！濃厚なチーズ系クリームソースにほんのりかぼちゃの甘み…結構良かった…

A recipe a friend told me, pumpkin sage cream sauce spaghetti! Very creamy with a subtle sweetness from the pumpkin... it was pretty good!

ジャンバラヤっていうアメリカ南部のケイジャン味パエリア的料理作った！たまたまレシピを見つけるまでは聞いたこともない料理だったけど、ピリ辛で美味しかったぁ〜！

Made some jambalaya for the first time! Never heard of this dish until I stumbled upon the recipe when searching for one-pot dishes. It was so gooooood!!!

昨日作ったささみ入り卵雑炊が美味しかったから、今日の朝食は干し椎茸入り卵雑炊。うま味がすげぇ！

The chicken & egg rice porridge from yesterday was delicious, so I made another one with shiitake shrooms instead of chicken. The umami was unreal!

卵2つ必要なクッキーのレシピで卵割ってたら2つ目が双子で、合計3つ卵入れてしまったことになってちょっと焦ってる

When you're trying to make a cookie dough that needs 2 eggs, but the second egg you crack turns out to be a twin, so you accidentally end up with 3 eggs in your dough.

誕生日にケーキ代わりに作った桜あんのパウンドケーキと桜あんのマフィン。上に乗ってるのは練乳とバターを混ぜたスプレッド。

Baked a pound cake and muffins with sakura flavored bean paste stuffing back on my birthday (Feb 25th).
The icing is a mixture of butter and condensed milk.
