Tried out meat church briquets today. Good start and burns clean from jump. About 30mins and was ready to dump. Also good, as it was windy, was not having ash blow around when I opened the grill.

Breaux mart doesn't sell the same amount but at least they kept the ballestra meat crew. Jalapeño & cheese hot sausage is so good. Usually done as a sausage but sometimes they pack it loose. 3 packs made 7 8oz burgers & 1 9oz.

Since nobody wants me to sleep, I baked. Used the raspberry cocoa from land o lakes, monk fruit sugar with butter in the mix and post bake. Finish with my spicy caramel honey.

Easy morning on the grill. New seasoning really adhered to the chicken as basically non was left in the pan. Good flavor with a good pepper finish.

It always makes me laugh when someone dumps all the seasonings separately on a pile then toss it. I like to make my seasoning then do each piece even burgers as shown before.

Burgers done! Had a nice piece i decided not to grind so threw it on to smoke out slowly a few hours. Chopped onions and the sweet peppers I picked yesterday. Seasoned, tallow and evoo wrapped on the grill.

Finally got the brisket ground and turned into 34 6oz burgers. Sprinkle some extra seasoning on em and ready for tomorrow. Hopefully nothing happens and I can grill em up. Might use the cast iron for a good sear 1st 🤔.
