Regular bedtime.
No caffeine from midday.
Coolish bedroom but warm feet.
NO devices for an hour before bedtime.
If you’re awake, get up - no lying in bed wide awake at 2am.

The lake was really nice too, a coolish day with a nice breeze. No bugs or anything to bother us either. Kids are back in school so its absolutely quiet and relaxing as well.
