Travelling back home today.
Toluca has nice weather, good food and fortunately did not meet any Pyramid Heads. My only issue was the altitude (2,660m/8,694ft) really messed me up a bit, but happy to visit my wife's birthplace.
Highly Recommended (no pun intended)

Yo últimamente prefiero los recorridos contemplativos, y afortunadamente hay muchos que pueden hacerse en transporte público: Chapultepec-Basílica en toda L7 de metrobús, Cablebus Chapultepec-Iztapalapa, Metro-Tren Insurgente a Toluca Centro, y aprovechando recorrer el Cosmovitral o el Centro Tolzú

TBH today sucked but at the last moment it gave me the gift of Cosmovitral, a botanic garden in Toluca that has been closed the last three times I was here. And…. it was free admission day! Thanks Toluca!
