Samuel O’Hanlon & Jack Sargeant didn't just do "bad work", they ran a predatory, multi-year fraud operation under corporate fronts like Bespoke Homes & Advanced Contractors, threatening victims who questioned them.

You can be promised a dream home…
What is delivered could be a nightmare.
Shoddy work. Lies. Severe stress. This is the reality of cowboy builders.
Think it can’t happen to you? Think again.

This is not acceptable in a public park!
🚫🚫🚫
#Cowboybuilders have turned #SparkGreenPark into a #constructionsite without @birminghamcitycouncil park permission, proper #safetymeasures or #buildingregulations to warn the public whilst kids play in the park grounds this #BankHoliday weekend!

What is going on here!?
😡🚫‼️⁉️🚫‼️⁉️🚷🚯
Spark Green Park has transformed into a #buildingsite! Can someone help us get this sorted out please?

Update: Work on the bathroom is starting!

Took everything we needed to out and have lots of things to fix, replace and finish over the coming weeks.
Thankfully the damage wasn't as bad as I originally thought it would be, but there's still a lot of work to be done! #diy #mold #cowboybuilders

It’s actually quite funny, because I’m quoting verbatim several weeks of BS and seeing it in print made me howl.

Maybe what would be super snarky (and super tempting) would be announce I want them to deduct a fee for me having to project manage it myself 😸
