I wish it was easier to get proper artisanal British cider here in Germany. Had the pleasure of buying a couple of bottles of Blue Barrel’s bourbon barrel-aged cider for our table at CraftCon last March. Good stuff!

I’ve roped my wife into helping translate (fixing) German translations of articles I’ve written for Cider Review to put on our cidery website blog. Wanted to start with this. Long, but a talk I am quietly proud of. Not being a fan of public speaking, it was quite something delivering to my peers.
