The bees have capped the honey—harvest is just around the corner! This means the honey is ready and moisture-free.  I always ensure there’s plenty left for their colony before we harvest. We only take the surplus honey they don’t need, ensuring the colony remains healthy #HoneyHarvest #CrawleyBees
