It’s a Skeets App feature (iOS), you can edit a post in the first 10 mins to correct any mistakes.
There is a downside, you lose any likes / comments up to the edit & the app uses some characters to indicate the edit.
Screen shot shows Edit indication, then within the Skeets app the Edit history.
