A three part piece of Creo, a blue otter, turning into a rubber Buizel using a pool ring as a TF hoop. As the pool ring moves up Creo's body, it leaves behind rubber in a Buizel's orange and cream colors, as well as turning his tail into a Buizel's twin tails. The ring shrinks more as it reaches Creo's neck, fitting more like a Buizel's floatation sac. Creo looks surprised as this happens, touching the ring with rubber Buizel paws as more orange and cream rubber moves up to coat his head. As it spreads to Creo's head, it forms into the shape of a Buizel's muzzle, with a rounded snout, black whiskers on the sides, and a wide pooltoy permagrin on his face. Creo's light blue hair is the last to be coated in the rubber, and what remains is Creo's orange eyes. He *Sqrks* out in distress, trying to tug the rubber off his face with his rounded handpaws, but it looks like the rubber isn't coming off anytime soon~
