In June 2026, two consecutive earthquakes killed at least 4,700 people and injured more than 16,000 individuals in Venezuela, exacerbating a pre-existing humanitarian crisis. In particular, Venezuela has an already fragile reproductive health system, with high maternal mortality.

@ssfrigerio.bsky.social I would choose Crisis Communication because it is more humanized and lets you be more empathetic. The goal is to communicate what is happening and what dilemmas there are while reassuring at the same time. It also involves using the mass media which can be helpful. #Crisis1

I would choose crisis communication. I am able to perform in high-stress situations, and I am an empathetic person when it comes to dealing with difficult situations. I like to be honest with people and make sure people understand how to navigate problems with confidence/assurance.

I would want to do crisis communication out of all of Sandman's options. I work well under pressure and am greatly emphatic and personable, which would be essential. I would want to work on something that everyone cares about, not just a select few.

I would choose stakeholder relations. Stakeholders are involved and therefore are more attentive than publics, reachable through newsletter or website. Generally, stakeholder relations appears to have lower stakes and a reachable audience. #Crisis1#COM385

@ssfrigerio.bsky.social If I worked for a large organization I would choose high hazard, low outrage. I like being creative and coming up with new ideas, so I think this would be position to strengthen those skills and see if I can grab the publics attention with my ideas. #Crisis1 #COM385

@ssfrigerio.bsky.social I’d pick Stakeholder Relations (moderate hazard/outrage). The audience is attentive, not apathetic or hostile, so I get real dialogue instead of chasing attention or calming anger. Sandman also mentions it’s the type everyone likes best. #Crisis1 #COM385

Crisis Communication because people are scared and confused during a crisis. They want to hear information that is clear, honest and easy to understand. Communicating this information during a crisis will affect whether people trust the organization.

@ssfrigerio.bsky.social I would choose outrage management because the hazard is low, but the audience's outrage is high. I would need to figure out why people are perceiving the situation as very dangerous when the actual hazard is low. Credible communication is key here.

I would choose public relations because it is more based on creating a good and strong relationship with an audience. It is also to help get the attention of those who are unaware of a certain brand or organization which I would work strongly in.

I would choose Public Relations, mostly because I feel that it's a more one on one way of connecting with other bigger companies. It'll also help with building closer connections and relationships.

When working for a large organization, I would be on the team that is actively trying to communicate something of high importance. Eg. a hurricane. I think that this type of work has a great impact on the community which is important in the long term. #crisis1 #com385 @ssfrigerio.bsky.social

If I could choose one of Sandman's four types of risk communication to do, I'd pick Crisis Communication. People are genuinely at risk and afraid, so the goal isn't just sharing facts, it's helping people cope with fear and uncertainty while staying safe. #Crisis1

I would choose crisis communication because I think it would be interesting to handle communication when people are desperate for answers. During a crisis, people are usually scared, and that’s where I would come in keeping calm and informing the best options for next steps. #Crisis1 #COM385

I would chose public relations out of the four different types of risk communication. People aren’t really paying attention to the hazard quite yet - so I could get creative and find ways to get people to actually care about an issue and understand why it is important. #COM385 #crisis1

If I were hired as a communication professional and my boss told me I'm in charge of one of Sandman’s four types of risk communication, I would choose public realtions. I love building connections and am naturally strong at selling concepts, so I would love to be front-facing. #Crisis1 #COM385

I would want to be in charge of the "High Hazard, Low Outrage", it requires the most creativity in my opinion. Like the reading said, when people have "low outrage" they don't perceive it as important. So how are you going to captivate the audience? #Crisis1 #COM385

@ssfrigerio.bsky.social #crisis1 #COM385. Iwould choose to be in charge of the high hazard low outrage. It seems to highlight more of my strengths and applying adpr social skills. Even though it is a large barrier to take on, I like that it is barley any resvolving of for the public after the fact.

Love on-rail shooters? Love TIME CRISIS? Of course you do - now's your chance to bring it home with the G'AIM'E console! This plug 'n play devices makes it shockingly easy to play a classic arcade game without shelling out the coins to get good.

Check out our review of the G"AIM'E system here!
G‘AIM’E Ultimate with TIME CRISIS | Review
The following "G'AIM'E Ultimate with TIME CRISIS" unit was provided by the manufacturer for review purposes. A video review will be made available later next week. Forget Dino Crisis1, Bandai Namco Entertainment's arcade classic 'TIME CRISIS' is here to grace your living room floor with a new kit from an unexpected little corner of the world: this is the G'AIM'E Gun and console, a light-gun system designed for play with either TIME CRISIS on its own or with STEEL GUNNER 1 and 2 plus 'POINT BLANK'. No longer do you have to drive down to the few arcades left in your area (thank goodness mine's a twenty-minute drive!) to play a cabinet classic---you can hop right into the action at home with a system that almost feels…
