Most likely that the traffic will be set to get generally worse. The new HIF Didcot to A415 etc, will also carry traffic from the 3500 home #CulhamTown (see ' Culham neighbourhood plan ') development, if that goes ahead. At least the new HIF bridge will have a segregated dual-use path.
