The Challenge A cybersecurity services company was approaching ERP go-live after completing months of planning, design, and testing. From a program perspective, everything appeared to be in place. The system had been configured, testing had been completed, and teams expected a relatively smooth transition. But as go-live approached, the complexity of the transition became more apparent. Moving from a testing environment into production introduced a new set of challenges.
