They've just done a recall because they glue they used stick the accelerator pedal on would fail, jamming the car in Acceleration.
The glue failed because they also lubricated the pedal.
The solution is to drill an off-center hole and rivet it on.

A hacker group beautifully compromised their own operation by leaving directory listing enabled on a public server. At least we are not the only ones failing basic server setup.
