No bike rack by the dumplings, but there is one by the Cyclebar, where people pay to ride a stationary bike. The Little Gym, where kids are driven to play indoors, is next door to the Cyclebar. It's absurd if you stop and think about our built environment

The funniest way to "Show Uptown" is a stationary bike ride in support of the Uptown art fair. But I object to the idea this is a "ride." You have to be moving for it to be a ride.

Torrance is such a wonderful place to raise children. You can drive an SUV on wide stroads, find ample free parking, to take your children to a play gym. You can even ride a stationary bike next door while your kids play
