Aftermarket racks and kickstand are great, I love having a cyclocomputer, and I can maintain a much higher average speed with the e-assist AND I don't have to take walking breaks for my fucked up skeleton.

I wondered how far these riders were going today. It was shortly after 8 a.m. I was riding the coastal road toward Manazuru, watching the Audax Japan reflectors on the saddle bags of the road cyclists ahead of me. With saddle bags, top-tube bags, and reflective vests, they were immediately recognizable as brevet riders. Multiple front and rear lights suggested that they would be riding a very long distance, including through the night.

How are you tracking the data? Strava or something?
I was doing data tracking back when I was in college with my old cyclocomputer, but dropped off of it afterward. Do you use one comp and just categorize each ride?

yeah given how fast and Heavy-duty my ebike is, I 100% prefer to just have the folks at my bike shop take care of everything. besides, the stuff that I've needed doing was stuff I have zero experience with (these high-torque ebike chains, for example), or stuff related to my Bosch cyclocomputer.

Went on a gravel ride with a friend this weekend.
Did not eat near enough (two chocolate/peanut butter scones) for a 22 mi ride that included a 1/2 mi, 17% grade climb among other longer shallower climbs.
Came close to bonking but, I do love climbing...

I feel like those eyeshield type glasses would make for that sort of "futuristic visor" that would have a HUD like that. Maybe something like that for cycling would be nice, a means of displaying cyclocomputer information
