Cynthia Ann “Cindy” Peddle was 29 years old when she disappeared from Sept-Îles, Quebec, on August 24, 1993. More than three decades later, remarkably little is publicly known about what happened during the final hours before she vanished. Cindy was approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighed around 126 pounds. She had a fair complexion, blue eyes and curly blonde hair. When she disappeared, she was reportedly wearing faded blue jeans with pockets on the thighs and a pink or red T-shirt. According to the RCMP’s Canada’s Missing database, Cindy was last seen in Sept-Îles on August 24.
