Last year I stood up throughout a meeting because I had cystitis and sitting down was too uncomfortable. Apparently the men took it as a power move and listened for once. Cystitis has been cured for months but I still stand in meetings and seem to get attention.

Uni passed his final follow-up test, and he has fully recovered from his cystitis! It’s been a long few months, and now we’re just hoping it never comes back.

Uni’s cystitis has relapsed. He started having frequent urination again, and his test results weren’t good. He’s been on a urinary diet, but we still don’t know the cause. We’re starting treatment again. Thankfully, he has a great appetite. Please wish him well

Bad day in the MacNab cat family. We euthanized one of our adult kitties when her chronic cystitis got so bad she was in near constant pain.

Today was Uni’s follow-up checkup. He’s doing much better, but there’s still a little blood in his urine, so he’ll continue his medication and go back for another checkup in about 10 days.
Recovery from cystitis seems to take some time, but he’s the strongest. We’ll keep doing our best together :3

We’ve officially gone 1 year without a cystitis flare up! 🎊 Daily anxiety medicine and moving to a house without feral cats everywhere did the trick. We are so SO proud of our Pumpkin.

The vet just told me that my cat’s cystitis is caused by his abhorrence of inconsistency and I’m so proud of my lil classical logician 🥰
