J'ai la réponse. La ministre de la Pêche ménage les pêcheurs de l'atlantique en augmentant leurs quotas, au détriment des pêcheurs de Méditerranée, espérant créer de la division et de la démobilisation.

Il y a aussi la question de l'éducation politique à l'école, il faut attendre le lycée pour vaguement en entendre parler, il ne faut pas s'étonner de la "démobilisation" des jeunes puisque ils ne se sentent pas légitime n'ayant aucun bagage politique.

La Mission de l’Organisation des Nations unies pour la stabilisation en République démocratique du Congo, MONUSCO, a annoncé le rapatriement au Rwanda de 120 membres des Forces démocratiques de libération du Rwanda, FDLR, et personnes à leur charge. L’opération a été menée le mardi 8 septembre 2026 en étroite coordination avec les gouvernements de la République démocratique du Congo et du Rwanda, selon la MONUSCO. Les personnes rapatriées ont été conduites au Centre de démobilisation et de réintégration de Mutobo, au Rwanda. La Commission rwandaise de démobilisation et de réintégration a confirmé leur arrivée et indiqué qu’elles avaient été accueillies par sa présidente, Valérie Nyirahabineza.

There's a major difference between rhetoric & action. Burnham identifies with the pre-neo-liberal era, but major changes are needed. Restoration of the BofE & OBR to political control, demobilisation of advisors, influencers & funders who've been running the show since 1980. No sign of these.
