Προσδοκώ πως το DEXA θα δείξει δραματικές βελτιώσεις και πως θα κάνω τον καρδιολόγο να τρίβει τα μάτια του. Αποφάσισα επίσης να μετατρέψω το υπόγειο σε μίνι gym αντί να δίνω συνδρομές σε γυμναστήρια (θα θυμάστε οι παλιότεροι πως είχε καταστραφεί στον Daniel).

Καλημέρα κ καλό μήνα με #DILFproject update από τη βροχερή Λάρισα. Η περιφέρεια μέσης έπεσε πλέον στα καθαρά 90cm ενώ στα κιλά παραμένω σταθερός μεταξύ 79,5 κ 80 (79,8 σήμερα). Στο επόμενο 10ήμερο θα κάνω DEXA scan - έχουν περάσει 4 μήνες από το προηγούμενο - που θα ακολουθηθεί από ετήσιο τσέκαπ.
