Reduced liquidity requirements as we barrel to recession is a horrible idea. Trump will grant it. After the inevitable loan defaults, banks will suffer the consequences. Expect failures. DFAST stress testing is supposed to be a continuous process. Betting the most severe scenarios never showed this.
