Hapten 型（penicillin、cephalosporin）：DAT 呈 anti-IgG 陽性、C3 陰性，血管外亞急性溶血。
Neoantigen 型（quinidine、quinine）：DAT 呈 C3 陽性、IgG 常陰性，急性血管內嚴重溶血，可致 AKI 與 DIC。
Autoimmune 型（α-methyldopa、fludarabine）：DAT 呈 IgG 陽性，藥物非依賴性。
