@mixcloud.bsky.social has a "bots/marketing scammer(s) in my DMs" problem. You'd think giving them a Benji plus some change once a year they'd have an admin budget to tackle this issue, right? #DJ #DJproblems

Some bot (pretty sure it's a bot) is trying to sell me promo services in my @mixcloud.bsky.social DM. I'm trying to convince whomever/whatever they are to give me free shit before I even consider it. It proceeds to ask me for PayPal/Zelle info.

I finally got some time to work on clean up & organization. It’s a never ending battle. If you ever get to the point where all your records are organized, you don’t have enough records 🤓

45 Friday…
Keeping my 45s organized and ready for gigs is a work in progress that my bag and other 45 crates have outgrown. The struggle continues…

It's been days since I've gotten any new dance music from the DJ record pool. What seems to be the problem?
Holidays and family are not a valid excuse. They're just not.
I shouldn't have to suffer like this. It's cruel. #DJproblems

Am I the only one who adjusts the speed of the treadmill at the gym to match the tempo of the song I’m listening to so I can walk/dance to it with each step?
I mix in the treadmill, if you will 🙃

The really sad part is that I also have several LPs, a couple of CDs, and an assortment of 45s, 78s, and cassettes of EVEN MORE Christmas music that I haven’t put on the laptop. I don’t know how I got here.
