-All DKA patients total body K depleted
-Some p/w hyperK due to acidosis shifting K
-K < 3.5, replete prior to starting insulin. > 3.5 start insulin + K together
-Skip bolus: no faster resolution of DKA but incr risk of hypoK

Gonna need people to learn euglycemic DKA exists & perhaps Google it instead of arguing with me that all DKA requires high blood sugar. Also, learn the difference between correlation & causation with DKA.
