Tools used: Jypyter Notebook, Google Colab, Gephi, Voyant, Open Refine, Knightlab Storymap #DLFForum #DLF2025 - emphasize that these can be accessible tools even when you haven't used them before due to great documentation. Voyant as first step was handy.

ChatGPT overall did the best, followed by Gemini, then Claude according to scoring system developed for the project. Confidence assigned by models - ChatGPT fairly high, Claude low. #DLFForum #DLF2025 - Claude confidence and correctness in alignment, ChatGPT and Gemini not in alignment.

Development of working group for harmful content statement at UNR had broad representation - 10 members across different departments, working on it for 6-8 months. #DLFForum #DLF2025 statement used to propel practical work such as work on Basque posters and local vocabulary

Collection being accessible for browsing important, since it is not cataloged very well. #DLFForum #DLF2025 Question raised about corpus - was it representative? Aware of the issue, but wasn't able to get to it with time constraints. Corpus focused on library annual reports.

Used a variety of DH tools such as voyant, story map, etc. Topic modeling project using python in LIS class provided valuable training for this project. Expecting to see more topics related to women's history. Needed to correct for personal names with stopwords #DLFForum #DLF2025

How to work with spatial metadata at scale, how to deal with interoperability in IIF ecosystem, standardized spatial metadata. Termination of grant was 19 months into 3 year grant period. They are continuing to do work, but it is stalled without $$ for development #DLFForum #DLF2025

Strengths - feature identification pretty good, general geographic identification ok. Opacity a real issue in reviewing results. Also verbose. Inconsistency on prompted task, and time consuming for people to review #DLFForum #DLF2025 At one point ChatGPT asked if it could do something else LOL
