PSA: if you want to quit caffeine (bc of coffee tariffs, or any other reason) you can avoid 95% of the withdrawal effects by taking decreasing amounts of DL-Phenylalanine, or DLPA.
NOTE: don't take it if breastfeeding or pregnant, or if you have phenylketonuria (PKU).

Same. I take amino acid supplements dLpa and L-tyrosene and it helps a lot. You can get them from any reputable vitamin company.

Going through some kind of energy revival the past few days. Might be from something I started adding to my daily supplements. I added creatine, L-Tyrosine, Ashwaganda, & DLPA to what I already take daily which is Rhodiola Rosea, Mucuna Pruriens, EGCG, & L-Theanine.
