The reason the SEC isn’t stepping in on meme coins is
1. They dont understand crypto
2. You’re an idiot for investing in it anyway (their words not mine as the website literally says they dont know why ANYBODY would invest in these coins)
3. It undermines the Ponzi scheme that is Bitcoin

I generally dont think anyone deserves to live in poverty but if you're stupid enough to invest in crypto when you can't afford groceries then you shouldn't be trusted with any amount of money ever.

Why stop at just the ballroom? They will just buy more of his crypto, invest in 1 of his businesses, overpay heavily for some of his real estate, etc. Dont close 1 loop hole and leave 99 others wide open
