I knew that our “AI across borders” panel would be good, but I didn’t expect it to be so much fun & to generate such interesting exchanges & out-of-the-box thinking! “Cross Border Data Transfers: Paradigm Shifts in the Age of AI” was my little contribution! #DPC24

At this morning's session about US Digital Policy, a disagreement noted between panel members as to outlook for potential US federal privacy legislation -with Jules seeing a path for this, but Cam not #DPC24
One key take-away from #DPC24 for #PrivacySky and responsible AI folks: Make sure you are involved in your organisation's EU CSRD implementation efforts. A lot of work coming your way, so be prepared early.

One key take-away from #DPC24 for #PrivacySky and responsible AI folks: Make sure you are involved in your organisation's EU CSRD implementation efforts. A lot of work coming your way, so be prepared early.
