I've got a feeling that the AUSA's are not even as bad as many local prosecutors. Mostly because federal DPD's are better staffed than many local PD's offices. Lots of time, local felony cases go out to panel attorneys who are supposed to "defend" a felony case on a $12k flat fee

The Delta Police Board has appointed Deputy Chief Harjinder Singh Sidhu as the new Chief Constable of the Delta Police Department (DPD). Chief Sidhu will assume leadership of the DPD on November 25, 2024 and is the first Punjabi & Sikh police Chief in DPD's history.

Just had a DPD delivery. Immediately asked to “rate” my delivery driver. I HATE this. Essentially I’m being asked to volunteer as part of DPD‘s quality control (and worker surveillance) arm. But if I don’t give 5 stars and a thumbs up for friendly manner are there consequences for the driver?
