DQIII é bem “simples”, principalmente por conta da falta de elenco de apoio, mas tem momentos que quando você fica imerso são mt foda. Um exemplo é derrotar Orochi pela segunda vez depois de se recusar manter em segredo que se trata da forma real da rainha de Jipang

Platinum #51 is the Dragon Quest 1 & 2 HD-2D Remake! Having grown up with these games, this was a platinum that was absolutely worth getting. Now to get DQIII.

But by DQIII we see the modular structure that really defines the series, where each city is its own contained story, with a much smaller quest object hunt in the midgame.

Yeah kinda, I’m going through DQIII HD-2D and I’m noticing how the game’s progression is just “you need to find a key to unlock a door that can give you a bomb that’ll let you progress to the next town to find another key to unlock more doors”
