To clarify, I would be drawing MORE which in turn would result in improvement. Instead I'm restrained and don't draw all the things I want to because I'm self-conscious to a harmful degree.

I learned that I can do purely "hand" work like drawing or Photoshopping while listening to a podcast, but not if words are involved in the art. And if I write, I prefer songs without lyrics or songs I already know by heart as to not distract myself.

I was just drawing on the the most obvious real world example of what most misconceptions about what the State Pension is are - i.e that its a big pot of money that you directly pay into and draw down on as your money and your right. It isn't.
