It's not THAT posh, but I'm fairly sure Dronfield has more wedding dress shops than takeaways. I was looking for a sandwich at lunchtime and the "bakery" was a sit-down place where everything cost more that £7 ! I can get a cheese and onion cob in the Wellington near me for a quid.

I don't know what we were thinking, but as final year students 4 of us rented a modern house there, next to the golf course. We only stayed 6 months. I worked for a bit in the nearby pub, which it looks like must have been the Hyde Park, until I got sacked for only having one dress.
