Son’s been telling me about having to study poetry at school and how boring he finds it all. So we just spent an hour watching John Cooper Clark performances on YouTube. Turned that one right around #DadWin

In the course of parenting there come those times when you know your children are faking their ailments to get out of bed and try to score some grape flavored medicine. That's when I give them soy sauce in a medicine cup and send them back to bed #dadwin

i make weekends fun for my boy. i still have the rule of no video games after 8pm... but it doesnt count if its the raspberry pi retro console i made for him in his room (hooked up to a CRT of course!) #DadWin

My daughter was told they couldn’t sing her happy birthday because her birthday was in between when school ended and summer camp started. Solution buy the group cupcakes so they have to sing happy birthday. #dadwin

#DadWin - I just asked Mstr 9 to open the roller shutters (new place, still exciting) and as they rose he announced, unprompted, "LET THERE BE LIGHT!" with all the pomp and ceremony he could muster.
