Nest of Fragile Returns
Something was left behind, and something tried to come back.

A shallow, woven bird’s nest sits low against a muted, mossy-green background that fades into darkness toward the top of the frame. The nest is large and slightly misshapen, built from rough twigs and dried grasses that curl outward at uneven angles. Inside, a cluster of eggs fills the center. Their shells vary in tone, some pale cream, others bluish-green, several cracked open with jagged edges revealing hollow interiors. Tiny fragments of shell are scattered among them, suggesting something recently hatched or broken through. Intermixed with the eggs are wilted flowers, their petals faded to soft reds and dusty pinks, lying limp across the nest’s surface. Feathers, dark and slightly iridescent, are caught along the rim and woven into the structure, some loose and trailing downward. A faint dusting of golden specks floats in the air and rests lightly on the eggs and twigs, giving the scene a subtle, almost magical shimmer. The lighting is dim and diffuse, as if filtered through thick foliage or mist, with soft highlights catching the curves of the eggs and the brittle edges of broken shells. The overall composition feels still and heavy, balancing themes of birth and abandonment, with no visible movement or life present. Keywords: bird nest, cracked eggs, wilted flowers, feathers, dark green palette, decay, still life, eerie atmosphere, fragile life, nature symbolism AI-generated; use is permitted for non-commercial creative projects. Veil Beneath the Blossoms
Spring doesn’t always bloom in peace.

#DarkSpring #HauntedBloom #EtherealHorror #RainSoaked #FloralDecay #GenAI #SynthArt #AIart #aiartist #aiartcommunity #GenerativeArt #AIchallenge #BuilderofNightmares
A solitary figure stands in a rain-soaked grove of flowering trees, surrounded by pale pink blossoms that hang heavy with moisture. The environment feels enclosed and intimate, branches arching inward to form a loose canopy overhead. Long strips of translucent fabric or ribbon are tangled among the branches, draping down and fluttering slightly in the falling rain. At the center, a young woman with wet, dark hair partially obscuring her face is wrapped in layered, tattered garments. A thin, gauzy veil clings to her head and face, plastered by rainwater so that it reveals the contours beneath while still obscuring her features. Her posture is slightly hunched, withdrawn, as if burdened or hiding. Water droplets streak through the air, catching faint light, while petals drift downward around her. The color palette is muted and cool, dominated by gray-blues and washed-out pinks, giving the scene a dreamlike, melancholic tone. The atmosphere feels quiet but heavy, as if something unseen lingers just beyond the frame. Keywords: haunted spring, veiled figure, cherry blossoms, rain atmosphere, ethereal horror, drifting petals, muted tones, fabric ribbons, melancholic scene, forest enclosure AI-generated; use is permitted for non-commercial creative projects. It is a tale of a young acolyte of the Powouzo of the Zummosh. Very broadly inspired by the Druids of our own world.

The Fall of the House of Gelo was also inspired by the indo-european myths regarding the creation of the world. Particularly the reconstructed tale of Manu and Yemu and the sacrifices that were needed for the world to be born.

It is inspired by the Oresteia, a series of plays telling the story of Orestes taking revenge on his mother, Clytemnestra, for murdering his father, Agamemnon. But its also serves to explain the reason for the rule of law and the courts.
