PublicHealth | DataDrivenImpact" The context: This comes from a linkedin post of someone telling a story that a p-value < 0.05 from a chi-square test was what was needed to motivate expansion of a public health program. Regardless of whether this story is true, it perpetuates an absolutely dangerous and incorrect belief that significance tests can or should be the key factor in driving new interventions and policies.
