The cover artwork for Blink-182’s "Enema of the State" features adult film star Janine Lindemulder dressed as a nurse pulling on a rubber glove, while the band appears on the back cover in their underwear. The image, photographed by David Goldman in March 1999, became one of the most recognisable album covers of the era. David later revealed that the glove concept referenced the album’s original working title, Turn Your Head and Cough, giving the image its playful medical theme and helping define the album’s visual identity.
