Not 100% but I think our neighbor with the always-enraged, barely-managed pit bulls overdosed. 2 amberlamps, 2 cop cars, 1 firetruck, 1 emergency truck, 1 nearly coherent youngish male escorted to an amberlamps with IV tubes in his arm.
