Oh also confirmed I have no ability to judge special effects the deageing did not bother me or seem off in the slightest but, idk I don't ever seem to really notice off CGI

Even with deageing tech, I would have both Carol Kane as Pelia and Holly Hunter as Nahla Ake, but this would be a new character. And the eight seasons would be filmed sequentially and consecutively to minimise the real-world ageing of the titular character.

Hahaha. I was more Bing-positive in those days, but also it’s a remake that recycles like half an hour of previous footage, so the cast keep ageing and deageing 16 years. Very much a cheap horse-racing musical as opposed to a work of genius. Five stars though

I don't understand the point of deageing her in the same continuity she's had an unspoken tragic romance with WOLVERINE, then making her barely college age, desexualizing her design, giving her a plus sized body type ONLY SOMETIMES and THEN hyper sexualizing her all over again.

Going to do the same. Never seen the old ones other than the first one before, and I'm really struck by the Cold War/Vietnam-era bleakness. Also, the fact that the ape masks are pretty good, but their posture is still very human gives me Irishman deageing vibes.
